Executive Creative Director
New York, NY
Hello! I’m an independent designer and consultant working in design and brand strategy for clients in culture and media. I enjoy reconciling diverse, experimental approaches to design and communication with the complexities of day to day use.
Previously, I was Executive Creative Director at The New York Times, where I built and oversaw multidisciplinary teams spanning brand, editorial, product, social, licensing, and marketing. I also led the Times’s rebrand and redesign of Wirecutter — for which I received a Publisher’s Award — and was instrumental to its integration in the Times portfolio.
I have worked with global news and financial organizations, local arts and environmental non-profits, artists, museums, hotels, and a variety of people, businesses, and situations in between.
